Cell phone bills should become cheaper with ICMS reduction

According to the Minister of Mines and Energy, Adolfo Sachsida, ICMS restrictions also benefit microentrepreneurs in Brazil. The statement was made during an interview with the program “A Voz do Brasil”.

With greater control over state taxes, the minister is betting on creating more jobs. “When you excessively increase certain taxes, like energy, you destroy jobs and production. We are heading in the right direction,” said Sachsida.

The minister further explained that Brazilians experienced a series of events that had a general impact on the country's economy. He gave an example: “In 2019, we had the biggest environmental accident in Brazilian history, the Brumadinho disaster. 2020 was the biggest epidemic in the history of humanity and will continue in 2021, with the biggest epidemic in Brazilian history. water crisis.
