The multinational Amazon announced that it will offer more than 5.500 job openings in Brazil between November and December.
High demand for sales during Black Friday and holiday events like Christmas creates vacancies.

Of all the vacancies in the Amazon, around 3.100 will be sent to São Paulo, 370 in Minas Gerais, 660 in Rio Grande do Sul, 700 in Rio de Janeiro, 200 in Ceará, 370 in Pernambuco, 100 in the Federal District and 570 in the the Northeast.

The multinational said it employs more than 6.300 people at three distribution points and twelve distribution centers that will achieve this growth during Black Friday and Christmas, with the aim of providing the country's customers with the best shopping experience.

According to the guidelines, the multinational Amazon intends to fill at least 50% of its vacancies during Black Friday and Christmas, said Fabiano. The company also has contracts with Talento Include, a consultancy that helps people with disabilities enter the job market, and Gerando Falcões, another entity that supports companies in attracting and recruiting people who were previously not viable, such as young people at risk and financially vulnerable.
