Activity

Green Angel's daily work is divided into external customer service and office activities.

On the street, he needs to guarantee the best service to Stone's customers. Maintenance, replacement, installation and uninstallation of machines through personalized service. This is our fascinating strength, responsible for connecting customers with our products, especially those who help use Stone's services. Supports customers, guides and disseminates best practices for contracting services so that customers can use products in the best possible way.

Most importantly, Green Angels play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of the stone machinery chain by managing their own inventory. In addition to receiving new machines, it is also necessary to ensure the sorting of machines and reverse logistics of dismantling equipment. It is also responsible for periodic inventory. As he spends more than 80% of his day serving Stone's customers on the street, he also strategically creates itineraries in search of greater agility and efficiency in service. cornerstone.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• CNH B (Car) active for at least 2 years;
• Complete high school.

Desirable/Differential:

• Technical or Higher Education studying or completing in Logistics, Administration, Engineering and similar;
• Customer service with experience;
• Experience with Logistics;
• Intermediate/advanced Excel.
